A Thank You, A Sorry

Image
A Thank You, every time I saw your wounded eyes; I got a reason to heal my broken parts Now, I became so resilient; No matter what, No matter whom, Now, I’m just so stoic for life…Thank you A Sorry, for killing you with my half-love; Trust me, I gave my all like never before But it seems I’m not enough for you… And every time, I chose to remain silent My silence and distance also seems to kill you a little more… Now, I don’t know what to do, And I just wanna go…far…so far..Sorry A Thank You, the guilt of not being able to love you as you wanted; Made me realise how to love myself first to love you right Now, I radiate that love and empathy To the whole world, hoping Someday, Somehow, all this will reach you in some form…Thanks A Sorry, I never really told you; Though there were many people who vanished my darkness Pull me out of my walls, It was only you, with who’s presence My whole world shines bright leaving no room for darkness… I’m so sorr...

A Blue Rose

Image
Half wilted, Half healthy there was a blue rose, thinking her outburst will never be heard amongst these cloudbursts. Her roots were frail like the planted fresh, Her head was down like the sickly worn, every drop of rain that fell upon her petal seemed too heavy to tackle. Bleeding stems & torn leaves, endured their best from cease. Just in the moment to give up, I decided to come up, and talked as her inner voice.   "Remember who you are?" Ages back, Ages old, you were a blue rose seeded in a filthy land. Grown-up much unaware, of how your close shadows were. Even with fear, you fought with two deadly daffodils, Even while uncertain, you decided to outgrow them. You remember?  You outgrew them! Caught amidst the oleanders, you still remained a blue rose that you are, as you are. You remember? You remained as you are! Did you really forget? How much you wept, the nights you wept, pretending as a ...

Not a Fairytale - A Beautiful Short Story

Image
Walking quickly seeing earth, she kept flapping her eyes over and over again like a butterfly to hide her teary eyes, mumbling to God to send help. Thought nothing would change and settled to rest. She couldn't sense it then but indeed her prayers were heard.  It seemed like just another day, but the universe knew that day it was going to answer all their tears, lonely battles with vicious dimensions of the world, for holding on to their trust in god even after all, for choosing kindness and love even after all, the universe knew that day it is going to answer all their prayers by drawing two half infinities to a single point: "The Girl who never experienced true love and,  The Boy who was always forced to be everything other than himself"  It seemed like every single thing she had ever been through, was prepared deliberately by the divine to give him the answers he had been seeking all these years and every single way of his presence in her life was giving her the...

Only if.,

Image
Like the calm after storm, Like the heart after death, I now stand quiet in white, White, yes white! Had all the colours when I couldn't see Believed these are colours because I couldn't see Lost all my colours now I could see I could see, yes I can see! Only if I was taught? About things, what is what? Only if I had known, I was prone to exploitation; Only if I didn't have this heart, to be there nd there nd there  nd there nd there nd there nd there nd there nd all; Only if I never got to know, how it feels when someone's in my low; Only if God never sent a saviour, but just kept staring nd staring  the way now he is doing, I could've given him the pleasure to see a flower die, the pleasure to see a flower die. Nd now I feel, I feel, I should've burnt myself fully, instead of hugging another heart half-burnt; nd now I feel, I feel, I should've burnt myself fully, without giving my hands to another h...

THE WHITE SPARROW - (A Prose Poetry)

Image
THE WHITE SPARROW Note:  This is my first exploration in writing a prose poetry, a free-style writing that comprises of both poetic rhythm as well as short story instilled in it. I know it's quite long, so please go ahead with reading sparing sometime. Please make sure you read at-once to get actual essence and joy. Will try making better and short in upcoming ones. Happy Reading :)  It seemed I'd come too far, from the dale where I used to dwell. A beautiful city there, lots of people and people all over,  Lots of buses and vehicles all over, lots of Rabble and horns all over. The Sun had almost set, yet just lots of lights and lights all over. It seemed I'd come too far, and I knew to see what's next,  I need some rest. Could'nt find any tree-hole there; Decided to pass just a night,  Sure tommorow has got something alright. Went along with the crowd. Didn't think for any reason, Didn't think for any direction. Just kept moving & moving with crowd. I...
